I have worked with Terry at Elite Home Entertainment for the last 10 years with our home in Ellicott City and our home in Rehoboth Beach, DE.  Most recently Elite Home Entertainment helped outfit our renovated home with surround sound, wifi HVAC controls, wifi extenders and indoor and outdoor TV and sound.  We also used them to install Gemstone Lights on the exterior of the home.

Terry and his team worked diligently to get the work completed on the schedule necessary for our builder and to get us back into our home in a timely fashion.  Terry and his team were incredibly respectful of our family, our dog and our home each time they came.

Additionally, the support that Terry and his team provide is top notch and they always ensure we know how to operate our equipment.

Terry gave a clear proposal with different price point options for outdoor sound system and interior cameras. Scheduling was very easy. Tamara from the front office is very nice and even drove over to drop off a goody bag with Elite swag in it. When the staff showed up they were well prepared, very friendly, and ensured at the end we were comfortable operating our new system.
